How do I become a member?
Sign up in the JITO Youth members app with your mobile number and choose your chapter. The chapter team reviews your details and approves your membership.
Can I attend events of other chapters?
Yes, when the event is open to other chapters. National and zone events are open to members across India, and each event page shows who can book.
How do I book and pay for an event?
Open the event and tap Book now. You sign in to the members app, choose your tickets and pay online. Your ticket appears in the app with a QR code for entry.
What if I cannot make it after paying?
Refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy and the rules of each event. Write to your chapter or to us and we will help.
Read the refund policyIs there a member directory?
Yes. Approved members can search for each other by name, city, profession and business across every chapter. You choose which of your details others can see.
Is there a mobile app?
Yes. Chapters are rolling out their own JITO Youth apps. Until yours is live, the members app works in any phone browser.
