This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which IN Vogue Corporate Private Limited processes cancellations and refunds for services, events, or purchases made through the JITO Youth platform.
- If you wish to cancel your registration for a paid event, please notify us via email at least 7 days prior to the event date. - Cancellations made before this window may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on event-specific policies. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event or for "no-shows".
- Orders for physical merchandise or kits can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. - Once the item is shipped, cancellation is not possible. - In case of a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery for an exchange or return, as per our Return Policy.
Payments made for digital products, subscriptions, or downloadable content are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless there is a technical issue that prevents usage and cannot be resolved.
Donations made voluntarily to support JITO Youth initiatives are generally non-refundable. However, if a donation was made in error, please contact us within 3 days and we will review your request.
