YouthX introduced by JITO Youth at the National Youth Conclave. Designed to give our youth a voice and a stage to be heard — authentic, fearless, and future-focused.
Empower young entrepreneurs, professionals, creators, and students aged 18–36 to become speakers, storytellers, and thought leaders on a national stage.
Through curated short-format talks, YouthX brings forward real stories, bold thinking, and actionable insights from within our own ecosystem.

YouthX is open to registered participants of the National Youth Conclave aged 18–36 years

Share industry insights, career experiences, professional learnings, and workplace innovations.
Share your entrepreneurial journey, business insights, startup experiences, and lessons from failures.

Transform your idea into a national presentation with our streamlined 2-step process
Submit your application through the YouthX tab on the NYC registration portal. Include a 2–3 minute selfie video covering who you are and your core idea.
All entries reviewed by the YouthX Curation Committee based on clarity, authenticity, confidence, and ability to engage audience.
Follow these guidelines to create an impactful and authentic presentation that inspires thinking
Real stories, experiences, and lessons. Actionable insights or fresh perspectives. Stories from entrepreneurship, education, careers, family business, failures, or social impact.

❌ No brand/product marketing
❌ No political/religious advocacy
❌ No motivational clichés
Clarity of thought • Authenticity & originality • Confidence & communication • Youth-first perspective • Audience engagement • One clear core idea per talk
YouthX talks must inspire thinking and spark change. Focus on sharing insights that can create meaningful impact within our community.
• YouthX speakers will be formally recognised on the national stage
• Best YouthX Speakers will be decided by a jury and will be:

✓ Felicitated
✓ Featured in post-event communications and digital content
• All entries will be reviewed by the YouthX Curation Committee
• Only shortlisted speakers will be invited to speak live on the YouthX stage at the National Youth Conclave
